Software and configuration issues may suit an authorized remote session. Physical repairs, installations and equipment work need an agreed visit or drop-off arrangement.
Known jobs use the applicable fixed price where scope fits. Unknown bench computer faults start with the diagnostic; remote and on-site sessions use their own rates. Material additional work needs approval.
