Workstation setup can include Windows updates, an agreed user account, approved applications, browser settings, printer/network connection and basic validation. Major migration, domain migration and complex business applications require separate scope.
Production server administration, unrestricted Active Directory work, advanced Microsoft 365 administration and managed security services are not unrestricted launch offerings.
Recurring support: planned activation.
Essential Support pricing is established at $199/month for up to five designated users/devices and one remote-support hour monthly. The plan is not active until support tooling and the written agreement are finalized.
