Start with the problem you want solved. Equipment compatibility, included work and price are agreed before your appointment. Serving Suffolk and Nassau counties, Queens and Brooklyn. Appointments available 9 AM–10 PM Eastern, seven days a week. Travel is agreed before booking.

Desktop fault diagnosis, compatible laptop screens and batteries, SSD upgrades, drive cloning, file transfers and storage upgrades. Backup and recovery demonstrations remain clearly labeled lab evidence.

TV and monitor mounts, desk assembly, plug-in lighting, cable organization and docks. Gaming and creator PCs, compatible RGB profiles, OBS, and basic Premiere Pro and Lightroom setup.
Defined systems support.
Workstation and account setup, printers, shared files, mapped drives and handover notes. Production server and advanced Active Directory administration remain outside unrestricted launch scope.
No concealed cable runs, electrical installation or soldering. Advanced network design, RAID/NAS work and specialist phone repairs are outside the current launch scope.

A simulated 15-user, six-department environment with department groups, resource permissions and mapped drives. Verification includes both expected access and denied cross-department access.
LAB / 02Backup & recovery checksRobocopy · Restic · Veeam+
Robocopy D: → H: and Restic D: → R: single-file restores were verified. Both scheduled tasks passed manual execution tests; unattended overnight executions are not yet verified. Veeam recovery-media boot and recovery-point detection were verified; a system-image restoration was not performed.

Isolated exercises in denied access, failed logons, network captures and local administrator changes. Lessons distinguish observed evidence from assumptions, including why an older event cannot establish who made a later change.
